Hot Squats and Tabata
It sure is hot out, but that doesn’t mean we all couldn’t use a little more burn. After some classic squat work, we’ll hit some old school high intensity work with a Tabata WOD.  While there is rest built in, it’ll be gone before you know it.  Transition fast so you’re ready to start the next movement when it’s time to work.

*work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and move on to the next movement until 12 minutes are up. Â Score is total reps.
