    Hey guys!

    So as you all may have known, the 2012 CrossFit Open has officially begun! What’s cool too is that our home turf, CrossFit Somerville, will be hosting the majority of the workouts! Every Saturday athletes will gather here to compete. The first workout will be held here this Saturday afternoon. Once I have the times sorted out I will post them to the blog. If you are around you should definitely come by and watch, cheer, soak up the experience!

    sumo deadlift: 155#

    wod: 5:23 Rx. the plethora of squats yesterday really, REALLY made box jumps interesting. i killed my first round of this and then felt like i had bricks in my quads after that.

    WOD: 7:03, with box step ups. Felt like I was moving through butterscotch pudding. Maybe thats the view when you work out against Marcos, the machine.
