Deadlifts on the clock
Today’s strength may feel more like a light workout compared to the more relaxed pace of lifting we usually have you do. We are deadlifting sets of five on the minute and the suggested percentage for some of our more experienced athletes is 60-70% of your heaviest deadlift. If the last statement does not apply to you, fear not! Your coaches are here to help.
The run in the workout is meant to sprint while the gymnastic elements are there to challenge your coordination under duress. There are plenty of scaling options for everyone. I suggest to pick a skill and do the hardest version of that skill for the workout as long as it’s sustainable. This one looks awesome. See ya’ll soon!
