Hey friends! You might have noticed the traffic pattern has changed in and around Union Square. Please refer to the diagram below for more details. If you are entering the gym parking lot from Newton Street there will most likely be giant cones blocking our parking lot. If they are in your feel free to move them to get into the parking lot and move them back if possible. Also, you can no longer turn left onto Prospect street.
Back to business, we have back squats on the clock and spicy workout with burpees over the bar and power snatches.
