Unbroken

As your coaches, we work as a unit to create programming that will challenge both our most novice athletes and advanced athletes. We set goals within workouts to achieve that effect.

The goal today is to do all the kettlebell swings and double unders unbroken. This might mean a few extra breaths before starting the next set and that’s a-ok with me.  The expectation of doing something without breaking up the work, ie “unbroken”, is not meant to be punitive. The intent is to create a challenge you might not normally try. You might surprise yourselves today. Have fun!

Strength:
Back rack lunge steps
3 per leg

WOD:
5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5
Double unders
Kettlebell swings (53/36)
*Rx is both movements completed unbroken
**If you are attempting to Rx DU you may repeat a round if you miss a double under

    WoD: 14:25, DUs unbroken, KBs @ 53 lb but broken up on the 2nd set of 20 and 15, plus ALJ at times….This was a tough one.

    Wod: did well at the DU which I had been working on. had to break up the KB at set of 25 (1.25 pu)
