Working with the clock

Today we have technical strength portion; not only are we taking the bar off the floor again, we are also adding some fancy footwork in too. It should be a blast!

The workout will challenge you. You’ll have a minute to complete a certain amount of calories to row, power cleans, and shoulder to overhead. The first round might seem peachy but trust me this one will get catch up to you and challenge your limits. See what you can do in class and you might surprise yourself with how awesome you are. 🙂
