Sprint 6
After building some confidence dropping under our snatch, we’ll be hitting a sprint interval WOD that should be easy to count.
Olympic lifting is filled with seemingly arbitrary details. Â When all is said and done, we expect all these littl epieces to come together when we decide to clean or snatch. Â This kind of thing doesn’t heppen automatically. Â Proper drills help a lot.
Today’s strength, the snatch balance, get us to work on our confidence dropping (or rather, pulling) under the bar to the bottom of our snatch. Â If you’re curious, look it up on youtube!
The WOD is all about accumulating as much rest as possible. Â The only way to do that is to not rest during the round! Â Plan this one to transition fast and strive to get through each round with a 1:1 work/rest ratio.

Didn’t finish the last round. Tried lateral box-overs, but am going to need practice before they’re quick.
