Variations on a Theme
History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes. We’re exploring variations on a theme today in a few ways.
First, we’ll break up the snatch with a complex that will get at the pieces of a powerful jump and a steady squat. Then we’ll go into a WOD that follows the same format as an AMRAP 8 we had recently, but with handstand holds substituted for the L-sit hangs.

Static holds combined with high intensity intervals of work? Blissfully punchy. Keep your breath under control and get after it!
