Dubs, Wallballs and Pullups, OH MY!
Friday’s WOD features my most frustrating movement ever- WALLBALLS. On paper, throwing something at a designated target doesn’t seem too bad; but, add some distance and functional range of motion to it and it’s a whole new can of worms. Stay focused and come ready to work!
