Consistency

Brian Hack | 11/23/2011 | 10

Rowing can be much like running, in that the distance can most often dictate the speed in which we set out to accomplish it. However, with rowing, we expend a ton of more energy. When done correctly, it becomes a total body workout. Longer distances on the erg require focus, consistency and mental toughness. We need to maintain our composure (see link) in order to successfully complete this long haul. Come in Wednesday ready to make strong pulls.

Strength:

Max height box jump

WOD:

2k Row

Reminder: NO CLASSES on Thursday 11/24 and Friday 11/25

Thanks for having me Yosh. Nothing like rowing 2k after a morning date with Karen.
