Talk about speed!
Hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday weekend! Now that the turkey bender is over, and all the marshmallows are picked off the sweet potato casserole, let’s get to work.
I want everyone to come in today ready to move aggressively. I want you to focus on moving hard and fast. Both our Strength and WOD depend on it. For the Sumo High-Pull we will be working on solid positioning, start to finish, in order to maximize our power output on each pull. During your workout move FAST. You’ll be able to maximize each round by controlling your breathing during your rest periods.
Be sure to post your time and favorite Thanksgiving side-dish, to comments.

My fav side dish is usually stuffing (only the part that was actually in the bird, though!) with gravy. However, this year I didn’t partake in the easily-avoidable grains.
So, this year’s favorite was roasted root veggies (garlic, onion, parsnip, carrot, beet, sweet potato, and brussels…which aren’t a root at all) smothered with gravy. Mmmmmm….gravy!
