A good friend and mentor of mine Eric Seigal mentioned in his blog how this is a strange week to come back to anything, let alone fitness. Just because we are between holidays doesn’t mean that you take an “off-week”. This is the time to be working as hard as ever. As the new year approaches and new goals arise, it becomes imperative that we keep our motivation high. Find the reason to come hit it hard this week.
