All the changes you are seeing are from you guys. You take great effort and responsibility into what you do here and I could not be prouder of the commitment I see each day. Thank you again for all your hard work.

OHS: My weakest lifting move #75

WOD: 5:54 @105#, 20″, 1 pood
Felt strong was happy with results.
I have had two knee surgeries and came into CFSV with a knee the size of a grapefruit and having trouble with stairs. I’ve been an athlete my whole life- so getting to the point of not being able to handle stairs is depressing. Each week at CFSV I’m getting stronger and faster and better at this. I love it.
first time crossfitting at 5:30 in the morning. i was pleasantly surprised to find that i could perform more or less as well as at night, but I can’t remember what I lifted now. I do remember thinking I had the 35# bar the whole time, and discovered at the end it was actually the 45#. surprise!
i am really tired now!
