    wod: 5 + 1 squat. I found that treating these as broad jump burpees, rather than than burpee broad jumps made it a little easier to keep the momentum going

    This was way more fun than I expected!

    PJ: 85#. Still struggling with lower back stabilization….wonder if I should be doing more to rehab that are specifically.

    Burpee-broad-jumps turned me into a frog that was diving for a volleyball. WICKED FUN!!! (there is already a bruise on my chin). 7 + 9 squats.
