Today we’ll be doing a fairly classic breakdown of an olympic lift in the form of a complex. Β We’ll work on driving weight up with a power snatch, getting under weight that’s already overhead with the overhead squat and then put it all together with a full snatch. Β Once we’ve drilled that, we’ll have a sprint of a workout that beacons us to use what we learned from the snatch to get our bodies up on a high box. Β If we forget, the power snatches will help us remember.

WOD: 10:12 RX. 30in box jumps post marathon were hard. Also my hands just decided to tear to shreads. heh. This was a bloody one!
