Deadlift day!
Starting the week can be tough so lets start a high note. Today we’ve got deadlifts paired a fun chipper style workout.
Our deadlifts today will be paired with an explosive movement to keep the hips open and adaptable. Our chipper is a ascending and descending ladder of some classic CrossFit style movements. Lets have some fun and start the week on a positive note!

STR: 341#
WOD: 11:19 Rx. The second set of Wall Balls sure felt interesting in the arms. First couple ones only seemed to move 6 inches.
Seriously. I was doing sets of two by the end. 12:44 RX.
STR: 245#. First workout in 3 weeks, so didn’t push it.
WOD: 6:36rx. Ran through the first half and train wrecked in the 2nd. WBs were sets of 5 and I even broke up the PUs.
Nice to be at CFSV today. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back from time to time!
