Snatches!

They’re back! It’s been awhile since we’ve snatched so we’re going to ease into it with a basic complex. To simplify things for the workout we’re going to put some weight on the bar and do a couplet of deadlifts and burpees
Don’t forget friends that this week there will be no gymnastics this week 6/8 because Nick is out of town.
