Another Day, Another Open WOD

Another old Open WOD is the score of the day.  The ring strength preceding is there just as much as a reminder as it is strength work.  The stability we need to use in the shoulders and midline to compensate for the sliding plane of the rings will help us get through the late rounds of the workout too if we can conjure it up.
