400 Reps
We’re going back to the rows/curls combo for armoring up your midline today, and then getting into some high-rep fun. The WOD is a long one, but if you move fast it’ll be over before you know it.
Some of the classic CrossFit benchmarks (like Angie) are 400 reps long, and so is this one. But we’re breaking it up a lot more than Angie…
200 reps the first time through, and then another 200 reps to finish it off. Who says we’re not funny?
The key to getting it done fast is to keep moving.
