Hitting the block with Nancy

It’s time for one of our favorite girls, plus some extra overhead prep to grease the groove.  The snatch balances aren’t meant to be crazy heavy today.  They’re mainly there to prep our mind and body for the overhead squats we’ll be doing at speed in the WOD.  Nancy is on the longer side, so make sure your technique is dialed in early so you still have some left by the end.
