It’s good to be home!

Hey guys, you may have noticed I was gone for a couple weeks… Well, I’m back from my travels and stoked to see all of you! I’d like to shout out to everyone who helped out with the gym clean up and swanky new paint job. You guys are awesome.

The strength element will give you a chance to work on an element of pushing or pulling. Your coach can provide you with some options. If you are on the cusp of getting your first pull up or dip etc. then talk to your coach so they can help you.  The workout is a classic combination of wall balls and calorie rowing. The rep scheme is a little different than you may be used to seeing so have a plan break up the reps and have fun!
