Racing The Clock
We’ve got a nice one today. Jenna tried it out last week and is really pleased with the effect… so the rest of us can be fairly alarmed by that report. 😀 In its way, it’s a little like an achievable version of the same stimulus the “Beep Test” brings out.
Each minute, you’ve got a task in front of you. Rowing, heavy swings, and burpees over the rower each present their own distinct challenge – and you’ve only got 60 seconds to meet it. Your coaches will help you set the reps so that this is becomes a real test in the late rounds, no matter where you start. Haul ass, because you only get as much rest as you earn.
