A different 21-15-9…
We’re hitting a classic rep scheme today with a little twist. Each movement will maintain the same number of reps each round (rather than all three descending across three rounds). Also, there are five rounds instead of the usual three.
Go for big sets of the push press, unbroken on the swings and high on the box jumps!
