Skill building and a spin on an Open WOD
It’s another unconventional strength day – we’ll be working on building volume with our double unders and toes to bar on the clock, but not in “WOD” format. Your average score for your double unders should make a good scale for the workout to follow to help keep the WOD in the 12-15 minute range.
The workout is based on an open WOD, only we’ve switched out a barbell thruster for a single arm dumbbell thruster. You’re welcome…
