A heavy triple and Jackie
We’re prepping ourselves for the benchmark “Jackie” today by hitting some heavy front squats.Β These should prime our thursters well so that empty bar feels like nothing at all.Β Then it’s just a matter of driving hard through that row and digging out those pull ups at the end!
