Wednesday 10/13/21 – Partner WOD Bear Complex
Today’s a fun day because we’re back to a partner workout and it’s a You Go / I Go (YGIG) using the Bear Complex barbell movement.
The Bear Complex is a series of 5 moves in sequence for one rep and they are:
– Power Clean
– Front Squat
– Push Press (Front)
– Back Squat
– Push Press (Back)
You and your partner will alternate back and forth doing one full sequence for 20 minutes. There is no “RX” weight so pick something that you can do at least 20-30 reps.
This one is fun, so get in there and let’s get some fitness!
Strength: 105#
WOD: 68 total reps @ 65# in 17 minutes
(95/65 listed as Rx on the board). This was fun. Thanks team buddies!

WoD: 91 total reps @ 95# in 21 minutes with Melinda and Mike
There were three of us, so the original plan was to do I-go-you-go-also-you-go for 30 minutes. Coach Michael called an audible and cut it off at 21 minutes, though.
