Winter Break Week – 12/27 thru New Years
Hi y’all! Hope you’re staying warm and getting some solid rest time in. We’re on an abridged holiday schedule for classes this week and over NYE.
MONDAY: CLOSED for classes
TUESDAY: 630am and 530PM only
WEDNESDAY: 630am and 530PM only
THURSDAY: 630am and 530PM only
FRIDAY: 630am and 5PM only
SAT/NYE: open gym and solo WOD only
SUN 1/1/2023: no classes except 11am Yoga
MON 1/1/2023: CLOSED for classes
TUES 1/2/2023: back to regular schedule!
…but as always, feel free to sign up for those solo WOD times!
Speaking of New Years – we’ve got two events coming up.
First off, there will be a special New Years Day YOGA session at 11am by Melinda on Jan 1! Seems like it might be just the thing if you go hard (or even if you don’t) on NYE.
Second, rumor has it that the Annual CFSV Winter Bash will return on January 28th this year! Mark your calendars for what is sure to be the social event of the season. If you’ve ever wondered what your fellow CrossFitters look like when NOT in workout gear – or finally have a great have an excuse to bring your non-CrossFitting significant other(s) to the gym – this is a can’t miss event. I have heard that there is a theme this year, but I am not on the Social Committee so y’all will have to wait until they announce details. 😉
