Test Week
Welcome to all our new neighbors – Sept 1 is *the* move-in event of the year. We’re both happy to meet you and also glad to have our streets a little less full of moving vans.
We’re starting a new cycle this week, and you may notice that the workouts are a little less on the “lift, WOD” cadence and allow for a bit more focus on the individual task at hand. That’s intentional, but don’t you worry… the next few months will have plenty of heavy barbell work, especially geared towards improving all the elements of your Squat Clean.
