Shoulder Day

Every day is Leg Day. (Every day is everything day, honestly.) But sometimes it’s definitely Shoulder Day, and this is one of those. We’re working no less than 4 distinct shoulder loading challenges today, so it’ll be a great day to spend a bit of extra time prepping those shoulders in the warmup. Fortunately, we know plenty of good crawling, stretching, and wiggling that will have you ready to go big before going home.
