Open Closed, Guest Blog from Nat!

The CF Open 2024 Season was awesome thanks to the great energy from y’all and the amazing work of Nat to make it all come together with the planning team. Saturday’s WOD and party was an absolute blast – and everyone was well fed between the potluck offerings and Mark’s amazing charcoal grill. And I’m continually amused by those amazing rubber chickens… I’m never getting rid of those things. πŸ˜€

We’re starting a new programming cycle, and since this is Nat’s first one with us and she’s taking the lead, I’ll let her introduce it!

“With the open now over, we are starting the training year, and so we will be building good, solid foundations for GYMNASTICS!

Starting tomorrow, we are starting two continuing, progressing programs: Hard Core and Lats to Fly!
Lats will be done on Monday/Wednesday & Fridays; Hard Core will be done on Tuesday/Thursday & Saturdays. If you can’t make it to class, you can always do the programming on a different day! The exercises take only about 15 min are are easily done on your own. If you don’t know what something is, just holler to me, Sianna or JT and we can help you!”

Don’t y’all worry, there’s still plenty of barbells in your future – including today – but I’m excited to have stick with some gymnastic focus, especially seeing the great progress y’all have been making over the past 6 months or so!
