Ke Huy Quan is a gifted comedic actor who also happens to have some legit stunt and acrobatic chops. We’re going to be developing *your* acrobatic and gymnastic capabilities with some solid core work leading into a fun AMRAP that combines Farmers Carries, running, and strict gymnastic pulling.

The workout will have you cycling through movements quicker than usual, because the reduced distances and rep counts mean that today’s WOD has something else in common with Ke Huy Quan’s character in the second Indy Jones move: Short Rounds.
