They’re back! It’s been awhile since we’ve snatched so we’re going to ease into it with a basic complex. To simplify things for the workout we’re going to put some weight on the bar and do a couplet of deadlifts and burpees

Don’t forget friends that this week there will be no gymnastics this week 6/8 because Nick is out of town.

Strength:

Power snatch + Overhead squat

3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

5 Rounds

5 Deadlifts (275/185)

10 Burpees

    Felt great snatching again. WOD hit me like a Sun Tzu style sneak attack

    STR: 75# Full snatches in the morning are hard.

    WOD: 6:17 @ 225#. This workout was asstastic!
