Is anyone else doing the Spartan time trial at Fenway Park on Sunday, Nov. 18? I’m going to register soon and wanted to check if anyone had put a team together. Also, for anyone doing the Spartan Sprint this weekend, good luck.
I’m assuming this is the same thing Mandy was telling me about this morning? I thought it was at CF Fenway though and not Fenway Park. I’ve been confused all day so please ignore me if I’m not making sense.

Renee, yes he is referring about a different event, but I am planning to go to the CF Fenway event this Sunday as well. See you there! (Get some sleep before then, please…maybe at least a power nap in between now and then.)
color me easily confused. spartan race looks cool. I abhor how these websites are super flashy yet give you 0 info about what to expect. I’ve never even run a 5k – you and damien should def organize a team … meanwhile I will think about it.
Front Squat 1 rep PR at 130# … the lights went out, all I could hear is my brain telling me to push myself into an upright position. I. LOVE. THIS. SPORT.
Also, Mandy rocks! Neither of us attended Syracuse but today we were completely coordinated in orange and blue. M – sorry I let you down and misunderstood the workout :-/

WOD – I don’t know quite how to score this but I got through 12 wall balls/ring dips & then got 14 wall balls plus 2 ring dips when the clock stopped. 14# & blue band ring dips

I woke up at the usual time this morning, but then wept quietly for a few minutes when I realized it was a rest day….that’s all I got.

Wod- 50 reps. Dips on the blue band and 14# wallball. Aaand the first unassisted kipping pull up happened, witnessed by Harry. I am so excited!
