    WOD: 12:33 (Singles…otherwise Rx…le sigh)

    Great work, noon class! The barbell parts of the WOD were the worst!

    SJ: 175#, movement didn’t feel right, so didn’t go for a PR

    WOD: 13:57 Rx, lifts really slowed me down at the end

    SJ: 100# PR supah sloppy landing on the last couple tho – i look forward to a clean and correct 100# overhead. That being said – October to November goal accomplished πŸ™‚ I would like to spend the rest of the month refining my OH movements so that my head is pushed out, arms are locked out and fists are punching towards the ceiling and not all limp and smushed back.

    WOD: 12:36 w/ single unders, 115# dead and 65# HPC / S2O(which was another push jerk)
