    Props to Lemus for taking a 155# clean to the nuts and still wodding on – you’re a straight beast

    I went too light on this one 10:16 @ 55# so JT brought me 2 10#s and made me do a bonus round at 75#. That was pretty appropriate. I should have done this WOD at 70#.

    20:02 with 100#DL, 9 frustrating ring-rows (seriously, it was sets of 2-3 and then 1 and a no-rep…had to keep moving my feet closer and closer to the rings. need to scale these better, and need to do more pulling in general), and 12 24″ box pushups (these were the fun/easy part). woof. but at least i finished, mostly. 😉

    This was one hell of a welcome back WOD. 19:48 with all kinds of mods. I almost couldn’t do it at all but glad I managed to pull it together. Chicken and plantains after tasted really damn good… Next time I will plan my meals better 😛

    WOD: 17:44@135#, I realized during the cleans in the first round this may have been too much weight. Hook grip throughout saved me, though I still had to break up the cleans into sets of 3-5. Props to everyone who did this as prescribed.
