    Happy Birthday Shoe Twin!!

    LBBS = 135# Had not done this lift since September. I jumped from 135# (which was easy) to 160#… as if this was my first day lifting. KP did not approve. She actually made the Mckayla Maroney face at me. Did get 2 reps in at 160# but sloppy and questionable. My HBBS 3RM is 155# so I should have planned this better. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: This actually did NOT feel awkward today. I did a bit of reading on the 3 shoulder-racked squats last night – thanks JT 🙂

    Gracie = 4:42 @ 65# ….my mom’s name.

      I’ve been out with a stupid foot and an aggravated shoulder (guess who thought she’d just work on pullups while she couldn’t do lower body? yeah, i’m an idiot). But this leaves me lots of time to read up for future knowledge!

    Cal and I were neck and neck with this one. Extremely fun 5:30am class, even though everyone wasn’t technically awake.

      255# LBBS and I can definitely do some more next time.
      7:11 WOD. I think I could make this one faster if I don’t hold the bar over my head quite as long to make the transition quicker and save my shoulder energy some.

    LBBS – 155# (less terrifying than usual, but i’m still not up to switch allegiance from HBBS)

    GRACE – 4:03 at 65#. next time i will try 75#. the clean is not so bad… but the jerk is just that “p.s. bonus!” step.
