Christine is Helen’s evil cousin. A combination of Rowing, Deadlifts and Box Jumps is sure to tax the legs, but in a way that again, is more of an endurance style than lack of strength, component. The key to this one is a steady pace where you don’t have to break up reps much at all. Off the Erg, then knock out a huge set of Deads, and consistency for every rep on those Box Jumps. Steady as she goes, breath…..then move.

Christine: 16:05 @ 115. 23 or so pounds shy of body weight. Should definitely be able to go heavier next time.
As a special treat, I got my first TTB today after the WOD! I was so happy once I got my feet up there that I didn’t want to put them down. Thanks everybody for all the tips!
