      Amanda’s my GURL. 11:15, scaled version, using B + R bands for pullups, red-banded ring dips and #50 snatches. Goal for next time = sub-10 minutes with less scaling.

      Nice job, 5PM crew! I felt like I was floating after this one.

    Unfortunately forearm is aggravated so couldn’t do Amanda, but then again I wasn’t looking forward to the pull ups either.
