It’s been a couple of week since you were beckoned to come up with some year end goals and the goal board is starting to fill up nicely, but it should be overflowing with your ambitions by now. Have you decided on a goal (or goals) yet? If not, talk to a coach today to lock something in. While we encourage you to have at least one performance goal, lifestyle goals (like those related to sleep, nutrition and mobility) are highly encouraged as well. Remember, we’re looking for things that are measurable, attainable, and specific. Don’t put it off any longer; choose your path today.
