Ok, so maybe I am just asking you to brace yourself deliberately.  But I do so because it will be a key piece in today’s workout.  The success of every movement we see today is dependant fist and foremost on our ability to stabilize our midline.  Even the burpees to bar (which, for clarification, involves us doing the push up portion with our hands on the bar, bringing our chest to the bar and back up before we stand, not to be confused with “burpees over bar”) will require a tight midsection so the bar doesn’t run away from us.  Keep this as your focus and today is sure to be a success.   

STR:

EMOM 12
high hang snatch
power snatch
full snatch

*option to go up in weight every 3 rounds, but no more than previous increase

WOD:

7 rounds

3 power snatch (95/65)
6 overhead squat
9 bar burpees
