Back at it
So hopefully everyone has eaten a solid, protein heavy pre-workout meal (maybe to the point of excess?).  What better what to put all that turkey to use than to get in some heavy back squats!  Remember, we’ll be closed Friday morning, but open at noon.  Just in time to get back to it after all of that tryptophan wears off!
