One of the skills that appears in our benchmark this cycle is jumping. We see jumping in a number of ways here, from jumping on boxes to broad jumps, but also things like burpees and olympic lifts show a very similar pattern that we’re trying to get the most out of. Today, we’ll be exploring some different ways we can engage and understand this movement. We’ll then have the opportunity to put our learnings to use (or use them to continue to learn during the application) in the WOD, which will be a longer variant on the benchmark WOD.
