There are many different ways to jump.  While many share certain patterns in the way they play out through our bodies, the context and goal of the jump can drastically change how we approach them.  In today’s WOD, we have both high box jumps and double unders.  While you are warming up and working through this one, see if you can feel the similarity in the two as well as the difference in the way they feel.  Check in and see what elements are serving you in your task and what elements are just getting in the way.
