Bent arm work
Muscle ups can seem quite daunting, especially if pull ups and dips feel like a struggle on their own. But like anything else, with deliberate work on the basic elements that build the movement worked on consistently over a period of time will get us closer and closer to making them not only possible, but easeful. If you’re interested in working towards (or getting better at) a muscle up, take what you do today and repeat it 3 times a week for a month and see where you’re at. You might surprise yourself…

A poor showing by me today!
My instance of zen planner doesn’t show anything on Jan 1. Also, Sunday open gyms are gone (not that I am a frequent visitor, but I have been a couple of times…).
That’s because you’re looking at December. The calendar doesn’t show the January classes til January. Clicking the “next month” button will show it…
