Karabelle
Be honest – since you’ve started CrossFit, you’ve been asking yourself “what could possibly be better than doing 150 wallballs all at once?” Well, today we have your answer. You make it better by throwing in a heavy snatch every 5 reps. That’s right! We’re combining the classic CrossFit benchmarks “Karen” (150 wallballs for time) with Isabelle (30 snatches for time) to make something perhaps a little more stimulating than either on their own. In all seriousness though, in my opinion it’ll be much better than Karen. You’ll never have so many wallballs in a row that it’ll make you hate stairs for the rest of the week…
