Snatch Balance + Nancy

Today we’ve got a nice ‘balance’ of some overhead olympic lift skill work and overhead squats. Snatch balances are all about building the confidence to receive loads dynamically in the bottom of the snatch.

Next we have Nancy! She is a one of CrossFit’s classic girl WODs. Traditionally the WOD starts with a run – weather permitting. Otherwise we will be rowing!

Whatever happens lets get our squat on and get after it!
