We’re giving the squatting (and the external loading in general) a break today to hit a longer WOD that’s all about moving our own weight through space.  We’ll have plenty of time to get each of these movements tuned up before the clock starts, so make sure they look good all the way through!

15 ab-mat sit ups
15 Hand release push ups
15 Box jumps (24/20)
