Apologies for the late posts this week, folks. We’ve been getting a lot of hack attempts on the blog lately, and Niki’s been trying to implement better security to keep the site from getting hacked again. As a result, sometimes we get locked out of our own blog, and the posts don’t go up on schedule…

As for the workout, 75/55 isn’t the end of the world on Power Snatches if you’ve got explosive hips – and you’re CrossFitters, so I have confidence in you. Keep a solid posterior chain and rep them out! Just like earlier this week with pushups, this WOD is a good one to test how all this pullup work we’ve been doing has impacted your ability to string together a big clump of pullups.

Don’t get bogged down – this is a fast WOD. Just pick a scale and hack away!

    The pull ups really did complement the power snatches perfectly–I would pay the price on the pull ups if I relied too much on my shoulders for the snatches…
