Nothing complicated today friends, just some classic strength and conditioning themes – pushing, pulling, hip opening (jumping) hip closing.  If you were here monday, consider loading the power cleans the same way you loaded the shoulder to overhead last time.  This has a very “CrossFit Open” feel to it, so find a rhythm and don’t let up!

    Felt like I could have gone for another 5 minutes on the WOD, but probably not much faster.
