Ground to overhead
The olympic lifts are a staple movement in CrossFit. Â Not only that, but they are all but guaranteed to show up in the open. Â Sometimes they show up light and fast, where almost anyone with the slightest bit of coaching can fake their way through them. Â And sometimes they show up in something more like a ladder, where the weight increases as you go until you max out or run out of time.
We’ll see a bit of both today. Â Perhaps a little more focused on the heavy than the light and fast, but certainly in a context to help you prepare for what’s to come. Â The first workout is released in less than a day!
