Ground to overhead

The olympic lifts are a staple movement in CrossFit.  Not only that, but they are all but guaranteed to show up in the open.  Sometimes they show up light and fast, where almost anyone with the slightest bit of coaching can fake their way through them.  And sometimes they show up in something more like a ladder, where the weight increases as you go until you max out or run out of time.

We’ll see a bit of both today.  Perhaps a little more focused on the heavy than the light and fast, but certainly in a context to help you prepare for what’s to come.  The first workout is released in less than a day!

    Felt like I got a lot out of this one, but maybe should have added another 10 pounds to the bar.
